Reporting a problem
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include as much of the following as you can when you write in:
- A short description of what happened and what you expected;
- The steps to reproduce the problem, if you know them;
- Your device model and operating-system version (for example, "iPhone 14, iOS 18");
- The app version (you can find this on the app's Settings screen);
- A screenshot or screen recording, if it helps show the issue.
Common topics
My workout data
Your workouts, history, personal records and settings are stored locally on your device. They are not backed up to any server, so uninstalling the app will permanently remove this data. Be sure to keep the app installed if you want to keep your history.
Changing units, language or theme
You can switch between kg and lb, change the app language, and toggle light/dark mode at any time from the app's Settings screen.
Workout reminders
Reminders are delivered as local notifications. If you're not receiving them, make sure notifications are enabled for Gym Trainer in your device settings.
